Monica is a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over two decades of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her journey in ABA in 2002 while completing her undergraduate program in Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. Driven by a passion for supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, she went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, ultimately becoming a BCBA in 2009.
She has worked tirelessly to implement evidence-based practices that promote positive behavioral change and enhance the quality of life for her clients and their families. It has been a part of her life's purpose, and she is thrilled to contribute to Victory Academy's incredible efforts to support the growth and development of each student.
Monica lives in Lake Oswego with her husband, three young children, and her golden doodle, Chewbacca. She enjoys walks in the neighborhood, playing games with her family, and supporting her children's interests and activities within the community.
