Victory Academy Tuition Information (2024 - 2025 School Year)
Victory Academy (Victory) is a privately funded school for children, teens, and young adults affected by Autism and related learning differences. Tuition for the 2024 -2025 school year is $34,600 per year ($2883 per month).
Since Victory’s opening in 2009, Victory has fundraised to fill an approximate 30% gap between the actual tuition cost and the tuition rate charged to families. For the 2024 -2025 school year, the ACTUAL tuition cost is $54,400, and the SUBSIDIZED tuition rate is $34,600.
In essence, every family attending Victory is eligible to receive an approximate subsidy of $19,800 (or 30%) off the actual tuition cost. Over the past fourteen years, the Board has been committed to offering a subsidized rate in order to make a Victory education more affordable for our families. Tuition pays for 70% of Victory’s operating costs. The "gap" funding comes from individual and corporate donations, grants, and fundraising events. Without these funding sources, yearly tuition cost would be over $54,400 per year.
Tuition is prorated across the twelve months of the year, and there are no discounts for paying in full or interest charged if a family chooses to pay monthly.
Financial Aid Information
Those families who have been offered enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will receive information regarding financial aid and the application process. Victory is committed to providing financial support to families who are unable to pay the subsidized tuition cost. In 2024-2025, Victory will offer financial aid to qualifying families, with varying award amounts: approximately 15%-50% of the subsidized tuition. Victory continues to build this fund through generous grant funding and our own community's ability to give. Financial aid is based on need only.
Treatment Plan Reimbursement
Once admitted to Victory, students placed in a Treatment Plan Classroom have the opportunity to access reimbursement from their family's insurance provider and substantially reduce annual tuition cost. Treatment Plan Classrooms vary by school year, but they are primarily elementary. In these classrooms, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst writes and oversees a student's treatment plan, and Applied Behavior Analysis informs a student's individual programming and goals. Families pay an additional annual fee with tuition for these services.
