Support Teacher
A Salem, Oregon native, Molly DeVos earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from George Fox University. Prior to stepping into the classroom, Molly worked as a dental assistant - an experience that deepened her empathy, active listening, and ability to make individuals feel comfortable and supported. Following her heart into education, she turned her full focus toward inspiring young learners.
At Victory, Molly is passionate about cultivating a classroom culture centered on curiosity, growth, and kindness. She believes that learning thrives when students feel seen and supported, and she prioritizes open communication and partnership with parents and guardians.
In her free time, Molly enjoys keeping active, exploring new places through travel, designing jewelry, and reading. She embraces each school year as a fresh opportunity for shared learning, growth, and meaningful connection.
