Lead Teacher
Michele, originally from Portland, graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors in Sociology. Upon graduating, she discovered the world of ABA and became a Registered Behavior Technician. What she loves most about this area is using natural teaching opportunities and creating learning experiences that build on the child’s motivation. Michele graduated with her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State and became a BCBA in 2020. She has previously worked in clinic and home settings with children and young adults ranging in age from eighteen months to 20 years old. She joined Victory in 2024 and is excited to work with children in a school setting that is designed to adapt to a student's needs and learning styles.
In her free time, Michele loves to read and go on hikes and bike rides. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and learning new hobbies.
