Teaching Assistant
Raised in SW Portland and an alumnus of Wilson High School, Michael initially built his career within the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful, local impact, he transitioned into community service by volunteering at his former elementary school, and teaching in pre-k and kindergarten classrooms.
Now serving as a Teaching Assistant at Victory, Michael enjoys working and learning directly alongside students in an engaging, inclusive learning environment. He is dedicated to supporting individualized student development and building strong, supportive relationships in the classroom.
A resident of the West Hills, Michael remains deeply connected to his local community. Outside the classroom, he is an avid runner and swimmer, a regular attendee of the local symphony, a fan of horror movies, and an enthusiastic reader.
