Support Teacher
Madalyn was born and raised in the Dayton, Ohio area. In high school, she was a member of the All Stars Dance Team, an inclusive organization that allowed students of all abilities to perform at local events and travel to dance competitions, creating opportunities for these students to be more involved in the community. She was also a member of PALS, an after-school inclusive social program where students could further build relationships within the school and partake in fun social events.
In 2018, Madalyn moved to South Florida to pursue higher education and to play collegiate lacrosse. Her first two years of college she was enrolled at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, and was a member of the school’s NCAA DII Women’s Lacrosse program. Madalyn then transferred to Florida Atlantic University in 2020 and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While studying at FAU, she was a member of the Women’s D1 Club Lacrosse Team.
Madalyn was most recently working as a Registered Behavior Technician at a Rehabilitation Clinic and Private School for children with Autism in Jacksonville, Florida. She relocated to Portland in June 2024. She is excited to explore Portland and the Pacific Northwest. Madalyn plans to pursue her Master’s online in Special Education. Madalyn is excited and grateful to be a part of Victory Academy!
