Holly grew up in sunny South Florida before moving to Oregon. She completed her bachelor degree in sociology with an emphasis in elementary education. Holly first started at Victory in 2017, working as a substitute teacher. She soon recognized what a special place Victory is and was thrilled to accept a full time position as a teaching assistant.
Previous to coming to Victory, Holly taught preschool, volunteered at her children's schools, and coached youth soccer for 13 years. She enjoys connecting and supporting children of all ages. Holly has spent time advocating learning differences for her own children and navigating special education in public school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two sons in college and a daughter in high school. Holly also enjoys spending her time researching real estate and cheering on the Portland Thorns and Timbers with her husband of 25 years.
