Hailey Hepperle

Hailey HepperleHailey graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Applied Psychology. At college, Hailey found her love for education and psychology. Taking a non-traditional route through college as a transfer student from a community college, Hailey became determined to help others navigate their own disparities to have access to education.

Hailey began working in an ABA clinic part-time in Northern California after returning from her internship with Disney World in 2018. Not too long after, she was offered an opportunity to work full-time doing early intervention and parent training in-home. She was amazed at the progress she saw through data and found a passion in evidence-based practices.

The following year, Hailey knew it was time to leave her small hometown once again and relocated to Portland where she found a teaching assistant opportunity at Victory. She finds comfort in belonging to a supportive community that represents her values, and she is looking forward to learning as much as she can, in the years to come, from her students and fellow staff.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys cuddling with her kittens Zelda and Loki. She is always looking for and planning an opportunity to spend time with her friends who now live all over the country. Hailey practices yoga and meditation, and she will go to a theme park or museum any chance she gets.
