Andrea Johnson

Office Manager

Andrea grew up in Boring, Oregon before moving to Corvallis to attend Oregon State University where she earned a BA degree in Liberal Studies/Pre-Education with a focus on Language Arts and Early Childhood Development. After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and worked as an Administrative Assistant at a geotechnical engineering firm.

Andrea and her husband later settled in Sherwood where she spent the next 19 years as a stay-at-home mom to their two sons, two cats, and various aquatic pets. During that time, she earned an AAS degree in Gerontology from Portland Community College, along with certificates in Activities Directing, and Advanced Cognitive and Behavioral Care. She also volunteered in assisted living and memory care communities.

A desire to try something new led Andrea to her first flight lesson in a small airplane, sparking a lasting love of aviation. She joined The Ninety-Nines, Inc., an international organization for women pilots, where she volunteered in several leadership positions and remains a member today. Andrea also proudly volunteered at her older son’s ski competitions and continues supporting her younger son’s school band programs through her volunteer work as part of the Sherwood Band Boosters.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys being with family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, attending concerts, and learning new things. Her interests include aviation, music, reading, birdwatching, hiking, baking, crafting, and playing board and video games with her kids.

Andrea is deeply grateful to be part of the Victory Academy team and looks forward to warmly welcoming and supporting students, families, and staff each day.
