Occupational Therapist
Sharon graduated from Indiana University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2013. Although Indianapolis was wonderful, Oregon was home, so after graduating, Sharon returned to the PNW. With nearly a decade working at private outpatient pediatric clinics, Sharon has had the privilege of working with many diverse populations, each with their own unique needs.
Sharon’s OT interests have led her to pursue training in Handwriting Without Tears, the Therapeutic Listening Program™, DIR/FloorTime, NDT Handling Techniques, Vestibular/Visual Integration, Social Thinking®, and other various sensory intervention techniques.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys going on nature walks and camping in scenic areas such as Oregon, Wyoming, and the Canadian Rockies. In her spare time, you may also find her playing her guitar, woodburning, or creating art. Sharon also works as a Women’s Ministry Deacon and is devoted to her family and friends.
