Support Teacher
Lilly began working at Victory in Spring 2022. Before moving back to Oregon, Lilly lived in Southern California and worked as a registered behavior technician in a clinic setting.
Lilly is the oldest of three siblings; her middle brother is on the autism spectrum. She has many positive memories of seeing her parents work with a team of dedicated individuals, all motivated to help her brother succeed. In fact, upon graduating from George Fox University in 2019, Lily worked for this very same clinic.
Lilly hopes to continue her education in behavioral analysis and to one day become a BCBA. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, Crossfit, sunshine, spending time with friends, and exploring local spots in the Portland area.
