Kelly Chilcoat

Kelly ChilcoatKelly Chilcoat started working at Victory Academy in August 2014. She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and has been a BIG Portland Trail Blazer fan since the age of five. Kelly lives with her husband and their two children. Together, they enjoy playing and watching sports, cooking, reading, creating art, and spending time outdoors. She received her General Studies and Early Childhood Degree at Mt. Hood Community College.

Kelly has always had a big heart for children with Autism, as her younger brother is affected; he remains an inspiration to Kelly both in her work and in her own life. Kelly has a diversity of experiences with this population, including working and volunteering at the Autistic Children’s Activity Program (ACAP) and acting as an Educational Assistant at the Clackamas ESD. She continues to provide respite care for her younger brother through a program that works with adults with special needs.

For the 2015-2016 school year, Kelly is a Teaching Assistant in the Aspen Classroom.
