Deanna Bigam

Teaching Assistant

deanna bigamDeanna is a dual citizen - she grew up in Alberta, Canada then moved to Oregon in 1985 with her husband, Terry. She left her hair styling career in Alberta to help with the family business, an RV park in the Eugene area. She and her husband had two sons in Eugene and during that time, Terry enrolled in Oregon State’s Engineering Program. Her connection to Victory started there when Terry met Bill Hasbrook in class at OSU. When Victory began years later, they became Victory supporters by attending the annual auction each year.

Deanna changed jobs a few times while raising their sons and landed on subbing in the Sherwood Schools as an Instructional Aide. She began subbing at Victory in 2018. Deanna has learned so much from the staff and students at Victory and loves coming to the campus to help in the classroom. Subbing allows her the flexibility to spend time with her 4 grandchildren in Bend and Texas! Deanna also loves the outdoors, hiking trails, working in the yard and exploring new areas on RV road trips.
