Kristina Montgomery, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is one of Victory’s original team members and helped to launch the school in September 2009. Kristina also serves as a Victory Academy Advisory Board Member.
In the Fall of 2014, Kristina helped open the Victory Prep Program and continues to direct this program for students, ages 3 to 6. Kristina also teaches an elementary classroom and provides beahavioral supervision and guidance school-wide.
Kristina grew up in St. Paul Minnesota, graduated from University of Oregon, and earned her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University. Recently, Kristina attended Portland State University, where she earned a graduate certificate in Educating Students with High Functioning Autism.
Kristina lives in Oregon City with her husband and two young children, where she enjoys reading, knitting, and cooking. When one of Kristina’s younger siblings was diagnosed with Autism, Kristina found herself drawn to the field. When asked what she enjoys most about her work at Victory, Kristina responded, "I love developing relationships with students and staff."
