Oregon’s only year-round school for children, teens, and young adults with Autism and related learning differences.

Donna Brague

Compass Program Specialist

Prior to joining the team at Victory, Donna was a dedicated volunteer at her children's schools. When her youngest child was diagnosed with VCFS and autism, Donna began navigating the medical and educational systems. Through these experiences, Donna discovered her passion for providing children access to and opportunities for success - no matter their abilities.

In 2016, Donna joined Victory as a Teaching Assistant, working in both middle and high school classrooms. Donna serves as Victory's Work Experience Coordinator. In this role, she helps students throughout their teenage years with job exploration, skill attainment, and identifying preferences.

Donna live with her best friend (her husband Kevin), her youngest child (Austin), Tillie (fellow Victory staff member and the best dog ever), and a cat. In her free time, Donna loves to travel with her family to warm sunny places, garden, read good books, and eats copious amounts of chocolate and popcorn.
