Victory Academy (Victory) specializes in providing a comprehensive, integrated, and customized academic and therapeutic program for all enrolled students. The following Classroom Profiles are an authentic glimpse into Victory’s ten skill-based classrooms for the 2020-2021 school year. These classrooms will include: Elm, Fir, Magnolia, Pine, and Spruce, (elementary), Birch (middle), and Cedar, Cypress, Juniper, and Redwood (middle/high blends).
Victory offers year-round school and therapeutic services for students age 5 through 20. The high school program offers both modified and regular diploma tracks; each track is five years.
Currently, Victory accepts students in year one, two, three, or four of her/his high school program. In addition, Victory offers its adolescent students (beginning at age 13) a robust transition program, including access to various work experience opportunities.
Victory is approved by the Oregon Department of Education, accredited through AdvancED, and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools and the Council for Autism Service Providers.
Please note: Victory’s learning environment is not appropriate for students with the following characteristics:
- Students who learn best and still require one-to-one therapies to make notable progress.
- Students who require one-to-one adult supervision to manage behavior or to maintain safety (for example, the child consistently runs or elopes from settings).
- Students who exhibit consistent unsafe aggression to self, peers, or staff members.
- Students who have mental health challenges that require an integrated mental health team.
